From models to reliable technical deliverables.
We produce plans, sections, elevations, sheets, details, quantities and data outputs from coordinated, properly structured BIM models to support design, construction and decision-making.
Model-based production is about more than generating drawings. It requires controlled management of the relationship between geometry, information and documentation.
One model, multiple technical uses
A properly structured BIM model can serve as a shared data source for plans, sections, elevations, sheets, details, quantities, data exchange and coordination deliverables.

A ready model does not mean ready sheets.
The model provides the foundation for technical documentation. View preparation, graphic settings, annotation, sheet organization and QA must still be managed separately.

Model-based production does not eliminate 2D documentation.
Plans, sections, elevations and sheets remain essential tools for communicating a project. The difference is that these outputs are produced in relation to the model rather than drawn independently.

Technical deliverables must be accurate, readable and controlled.

Quantity takeoff relies on the data in the model.
A model with appropriate categories, geometry, parameters and classification provides the basis for reliable quantity schedules and takeoff outputs.

Model changes can update associated deliverables.
Controlled model changes may be reflected in associated views, sheets and schedules. Documentation and delivery QA must still be completed after each revision.

Types of technical deliverables
- Plans / sections / elevations
- Sheet sets
- Technical details
- Coordination views
- Issue / report attachments
- Quantity schedules / takeoff
- IFC / data exchange
- DWG
- XLSX / CSV
Deliverables are defined by the project scope, intended use and employer requirements.
Not every detail is generated automatically.
Not every technical detail is generated automatically from the model. Depending on design and construction requirements, some details may be completed through model-supported 2D documentation.

Reliable technical deliverables require model and documentation quality to be managed together.
Let’s assess the model scope, required sheets and data outputs, and delivery requirements together.
