Understand the problem before building the model.
DFL Engineering and Consultancy is a BIM engineering and consultancy company providing BIM modeling, project coordination, constructability reviews, technical deliverables, digital project processes and 4D–5D BIM services.
Rather than applying the same solution to every project, we define our scope by assessing its current status, discipline structure and actual needs.
Our purpose is not simply to produce digital models, but to ensure that project teams actually use them in decision-making, coordination and construction.
02 SITE EXPERIENCE + BIM EXPERTISE
The digital model cannot be separated from the site.
A project that looks correct in a BIM environment may not be equally buildable on site.
Construction sequence, installation conditions, access, maintenance space and the way different disciplines work directly influence modeling decisions.
At DFL, we therefore evaluate BIM processes together with site realities.
03 CONSTRUCTABILITY
Clash Detection Is Not Enough.
Automated clash checks are powerful tools for finding geometric conflicts. Yet not every condition that can cause problems on site produces a geometric clash.
DFL assesses model coordination through installation, use, access and maintenance conditions, as well as software results.

Can the solution actually be fabricated, installed, used and maintained?

We invest in automation, AI-supported workflows and custom tool development to reduce repetitive tasks, improve information flow and make BIM processes more efficient.

06 FOUNDER / EXPERIENCE
From engineering experience to BIM consultancy
DFL Engineering and Consultancy was founded on the combination of Lütfi Yüzüncüoğlu’s approximately 20 years of engineering and site experience with BIM expertise.
A graduate of the Civil Engineering Department at Anadolu University’s Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Lütfi Yüzüncüoğlu has worked at ENKA, TEK YAPI and SA Baytur in site engineering, construction and project management, and the establishment and management of BIM systems.
This experience, spanning site implementation through BIM management, underpins DFL’s approach to projects through constructability, coordination and site realities as well as digital models.
